Who’s involved in the estate?

Having a complete list of everyone involved and how to reach them is a real time saver.

Click the Contacts tab

Go to “Add New Contact” in the left column

Required fields to create a new contact are first name, last name, phone number and the person’s role(s). A person may be a co-executor as well as a beneficiary, for example.

After completing the required fields Click the “Add to Contacts” button. That person will then appear under each of their roles. Click their name to reveal other data fields, all of which are optional.

Data saves automatically.

To close a contact, click on the person’s name in the blue shaded area.

Need Help?

To delete a Contact, click the small white check box, left of the person’s name, click the red “Delete” button at the top, and click OK to confirm.

To print the Contacts Summary, click “Generate Report” on the top right, click “Print” and pop a hard copy into your Estate file.
