Everyone has their own comfort level when it comes to internet security. The one thing we all know is that it cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
QE does everything we can to protect client data and our own reputation. The app is subject to annual security audits and individual data fields are encrypted.
QE does not collect confidential ID numbers: SINs, driver’s license or passport numbers.
We do not collect financial institution numbers or other confidential identifiers. Asset and debt account number are optional and restricted to 4 digits.
A copy of our Security Policy can be viewed at the bottom of each page of the app.
QE will tell you what data your executor will need but how much you record online is totally up to you. If you’re not comfortable completing our suggested fields, no problem, but create hard copy notes and make them available to your executor.
